01. You can see the departures on the tab 'Departure Information' or in the reservation form, in the first field labeled 'Select travel date.' Departure dates are highlighted. Click on a date and proceed with the booking process.

02. The reservation is free of charge, meaning there is no payment required at the time of booking. Your reservation will be forwarded to the travel organizer who is obligated to contact you within a maximum of 24 hours. They will provide payment instructions or inform you about the further outcome of your reservation.
03. If the tour has a promotional price, in the 'Terms and Conditions for Promotional Price' section, you can see how much time is left to make a reservation at the promotional price for the next available departure. In the 'Important Notices' section, you can see until how many days before the departure the promotional price is valid.
04. If you are interested in additional information, please enter your questions in the reservation form, in the field for additional comments. The organizer will then send you the answers or contact you by phone.

Visa service: Clients who require a visa will be provided with the necessary documentation for the application process, with an additional fee of €150 per reservation. In case the visa is not granted, the cancellation policy applies, and the visa service fee is non-refundable. The Service Provider accepts payments in the following methods: Bank Transfer: The Client can make payments to the Service Provider's foreign currency account. The Client is responsible for covering any banking fees associated with the transfer. Paysend: Payments can be made to the Service Provider's account using Paysend.com service. The Service Provider accepts payments through business MasterCard or Visa cards. PayPal: Payments can be made through PayPal, and the invoiced amount must be deposited into the Service Provider's PayPal account. Please note that PayPal charges approximately 6% in fees for their services. Cancellation Conditions Cancellation of the program up to 60 days before arrival will incur a 10% administrative fee for all programs with overnights and free of charge for all one day excursions, unless otherwise specified in the program. In the case of a later cancellation, a refund is possible under the following conditions: 59-39 days before departure: 70% refund of the total amount 38-30 days before departures 50% 29-19 days before departure 30% 18-9 days before departure: 20% refund 8-1 days before departure: 10% refund of the amount paid. Failure to show up for departure or cancellation on the day of departure will result in no refund, but the client will have the right to a 5% discount for a new booking.
The Client shall make a minimum payment of 30% of the program cost to the Service Provider upon accepting the program, by the date specified in the offer. The remaining amount shall be paid no later than: 30 days before the start of the program for all tours longer than 6days/5 nights, For tours with regular departures: After completing the reservation, the client will receive payment instructions. Upon receipt of the payment instruction, a 30% advance payment must be made within 48 hours, and the rest till 21 days before the trip. For reservations made till 21 days before the trip, the entire amount must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the final confirmation and payment instruction. 21 days before the start of the program for all tours longer than 2 days/1 night and no later than 7 days before the departure for one-day tours and shorter tours & activities.
